Flanking *test rule*

The opponents of targets gain a +1 flanking bonus to hit per opponent threatening the target less the number of attacks granted in a full round by class base attack bonus. A flanking bonus cannot be reduced by the number of attacks granted by base attack bonus to less than zero.
For example, the opponents of an 8th level sorcerer (base attack bonus +4) threatened by a total of three opponents in melee combat gain a +2 flanking bonus to hit, but opponents of a 16th level fighter (base attack bonus +16/+11/+6/+1) threatened by a total of five opponents gain only a +1 flanking bonus to hit.
Any characters granting a flanking bonus of +2 or greater to their opponents are considered flanked for the purposes of sneak attack or other such class abilities. High level rogues can increase the flanking bonus as if they were two or three opponents, depending on level (see Rogue Class Features).
